2020 Choir Showcase & Neighborhood Expo postponed to 2021
Due to the worldwide pandemic known as Coronavirus, we have decided to postpone the First Annual Neighborhood Expo until 2021 in an effort to protect our attendees, participants and staff. This should also allow those businesses who have registered as vendors to recoup any costs and maintain their professional and personal lives during this turbulent time.
All registered exhibitors, please contact the number provided in the email you received upon registration with any questions you may have. We pray that each of you and your loved ones are safe and healthy, and we hope to see you in 2021.
That being said, the 2020 Choir Showcase will take place on Sunday, August 2, 2020 at the North Charleston Performing Arts Center. We hope to see you there!
The 1st Annual Neighborhood Expo
As part of our mission of serving, building & developing healthy people and thriving communities – one of our signature community engagement initiatives under the FB Foundation is our annual Choir Showcase and Neighborhood Expo.

This comprehensive community engagement initiative provides both empowerment and education in a convenient location and setting to many under-served or uninformed neighborhoods. The format of this expansive two-day community event will begin with our Neighborhood Expo.

More about the Neighborhood Expo
This comprehensive community engagement initiative provides both empowerment and education in a convenient location and setting to many under-served or uninformed neighborhoods. The format of this expansive two-day community event will begin with our Neighborhood Expo.
The goal of this event is to provide community members with direct access to information, resources and services. The venue will be divided into five Pavilions, namely Health, Wealth, Education, Community and Music.
Community organizations that provide services within the five domains will have opportunities to engage with attendees for on-site services such as screenings, program enrollment, assessments or referrals for service needs
The second day is another community favorite, with our annual sell-out faith & community finale/musical concert featuring local church choirs and national recording artists at the North Charleston Performing Arts Center.
